The Office of Alumni Engagement is pleased to promote your event through the official Homecoming Schedule.
Please note that the following items are the responsibility of each Event Manager.
- Planning, staffing, and hosting your event; invitations (creating, publishing, sending)
- Promoting to your particular audience (beyond our Homecoming promotions and schedule)
- Reserving services for catering, reservations, and any other vendors
- Confirming your headcounts and other details with your caterer, reservations, and any other vendors
- Paying your deposits and invoices
